OK you guys are in! We're up to 36.. scuba board could lose almost 100 lbs in one week combined!

I'm off on a diving holiday to the Solomon Islands in 12 weeks (I'm not counting or anything!) and have also been asked to be a bridesmaid at one of my best friends wedding so I've got plenty of reasons...just need to do it! The exercise is not the hard part for me, it's the eating as I'm a very fussy eater and don't eat a lot of foods. Maybe this will even encourage me to try a few new things.

I would like to join. I only need to lose around 5 pounds. Lost 38 18 months ago and gained 5 back this winter. I need to be able to still fit into my 7 mil wetsuit! I am really hoping to step up my fitness level!
 
Count me in, I am at 229 (already down 6 since I started 3 weeks ago). Goal is to get under 200. I told the kids that when I get under 200 we're goin' to Disneyland... so I have really good support at home. But adding the SB team is just that much better.

Tuesday Morning Weigh in

191 pounds and 21% body fat. My Goal for the challange will be losing 13 pounds of fat. I would like to weight 180 pounds at 15% body fat, so I need to lose 13 pounds of fat and gain 2 pounds of muscle.

Not all fat is bad, the body needs some for insulation of the organs and cushioning of the joints.

The thought of the day, from the "Little Engine That Could". " I think I can, I think I can, I think I can........."

Weigh in today at 1**. Goal for the next 2 months is to drop 10 pounds. Really would like to shoot for 20lbs., but I have been so disappointed in myself trying to drop weight that I am setting my goal a little lower-and easier to reach.
Today so far, Coffee with a teaspoon of sugar, swig of fat free milk and am munching on a granola bar now. Lunch is a garden burger with cheese and Ms. Dash, haven't decided on the bun yet, Dannon fat free yogurt (the little one ) and an apple later on. Lots of water, and maybe a diet/caffiene free Coke. Dinner still undecided
