It's a Tuesday so count me in!
2 weeks ago I weighed in at 240 and am now down to 230. I'm 5'11" and was needing to move up to 40x32 pants. I'm now back in 38's so things are going good. I know I'm about to hit a wall though and could use the added support of the board to get me past it. I'm off to read some of the posts here now so....

This may be perfect for me, to maybe drop a few pounds or just maintain where I'm at. What do I need to do to join?

LET ME IN! I got up to 224 #'s and was just too fat. It took me a while to have any interest in doing anything about it. I really cut down on the beer which cut down on the munchies. Anyway, I weighed 210 yesterday and am wanting to lose down to 190 gradually but would really like to get down to 200 before I go to Cozumel in 19 days. If I keep exercising, eating well and having good weekends I'm sure I can do it. Weekends are a KILLER. Since its Wednesday I'll plan on weighing in tomorrow and will post. I expect I'll stay about the same because I weighed 210 Monday but the scale will tell. I weigh in with a guy here at work on Mondays so another day of having to weigh in will keep me more honest. Hey Natasha, hows that diet going in Coz? LOL. It took more than a week or two to put the weight on, its gonna take a while to take it off. Thanks and I look forward to weighing in. Thanks, Greg
