SPG hose length??

I think 24 is a decent starting point, but its ok to tweak things a bit here and there, esp as experience progresses and it holds to the spirit of the recommendation (long enough to be functional while not bow out, short enough not to be hard to clip off).

This was found on the GUE website
"Pressure Gauge Hose: Custom hose allows a diver to easily read the gauge after unclipping, but does not bow or dangle, thus avoiding excess drag."

Well I guess I'll try getting used to the 24 hose and if I find it unbearable, I'll switch it out after my trip to Curacao.
Wow, its amazing how much a difference a couple inches makes!

Personally I run mine under my left arm and clip it to my chest d-ring.

I do the same. I dive a zeagle ranger that has two extra d rings just below the shoulder ones. Usually kinda useless son great for spg Clip off

24 inch is a good length for single tank. It’s short enough that the SPG can’t get under the tank while on deck. It might be a little more challenging to read in the water, but not really an issue.

26" hp hose here, with a bare brass and glass Guage. clipped via boltsnap to left hip. works well for me
