And another very special thanks to Howard and Michelle for hosting this event. WE had a great time and as has been said before there was plenty of food and way to much drink, if there could ever be such a thing. I know I had a great time and thanks to everyone for their birthday wishes. Lets do this again soon.

Pictures to come later, I have to resize them before I can post them.

K ... sooooo ... who ended up with the rum tote?

... and are they comin' to da Keys in July?

I have de tote and it will be in da Keys!

Howard and Michelle - Thanks for the awesome party!! What an awesome day! Was really great to meet so many board members.

Was going to attach some photos but it will have to wait until I get home and figure out how to resize. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Heya Renee, (and any other picture resizers)

You can right click on any picture's thumbnail, file name or the picture itself if viewed in Windows Picture and Fax viewer, choose "open with," then choose "Paint."

From there:
Image > Stretch/Skew > change both the Horizontal and Verticle numbers to match some smaller percentage number. such as:
Horizontal 50
Verticle 50

click OK

then File > Save to replace the original, or File > Save As... (choose a new name and/or place to save it) if you want to keep your higher quality original pictures for future printing, and just create a few smaller versions for internet use.

And a forgotten in my first after-party late night post, but nevertheless big and gracious, Thank You to our hosts Howard and Michelle. Thanks for taking on the job, and doing it so well. I'll donate large amounts of rum to a cause like that any day of the week. :thumb:

I met a lot of great people that I was doing sorta Ok to remember the names of, but I didn't get screen names down enough to remember 'em. If you met me - or even if you didn't - and want to go diving, PM me! :14:

Best,

MD

A definite huge thanks to Howard and Michelle for the amazing hospitality, and another huge thanks to Mambo,SFLDiver and all the others that took that extra air to help with my camera "blunder". Good news is that was all the motivation I needed to start looking into that nicer one I've been eyeing for a while. Don't worry, the new one will be equipped with LoJack!

No prob!
I know what a heartbreaker that is to lose, but I hope the insurance comes thru.

Slap some of those handy dandy DAN return address labels inside the camera, case, strobe, and it might make it back home from whomever might find it.

Started spreading the word at my local dive shop about your loss
so they can keep an ear, eye out for any lucky finders.

Yeah, I'm keeping an eye on the latest tech releases before I splurge on a new cam rig.
Still itching for the next gen of CMOS / CCDs, and the storage to go with it.
Gimme gimme gimme a DSLR with an active LCD back and I'm a happy camper.

Great time guys,

Thanks Howard and Michelle for the great place to have this event. I missed the group shot, but o well, for next time. It was great to meet some of you, even though I still can't put a screen name to every face, LOl.

Even My daughter had a great time playing in the sand.

Till Next time,

Walter...

DiverChick7:
You guys have a great place and were so kind to share it with all of us. This was a great team effort - we had lots of food, beverages and diving to do. It was a fabulous afternoon/evening.

Thank you for everything!

I've tried to attach a few pics from the gathering-hope it works!

Hehehhehe, my toes:

By the way everyone thank you for a great time!
