Snorkel Charter Marathon Key

My mother and I will be in Marathon Key for a couple days in September. I'm a certified diver but my Mom is a novice snorkler, albeit a great swimmer. I'd like to just snorkle alongside my mom but not be on a cattle boat with a ton of tourists. My preference would be to snorkle Looe Key reef on a charter boat that would take out maximum of 4 to 6 people. Any suggestions of a more personalized & relaxed charter boat??

While I've never gone with him personally, I've heard lots of great things about Captain Bill Welder. His primary focus is fishing, but he is also a Dive Master and does reef and backcountry scuba and snorkeling trips.
