I am running windows 8.1 on a Dell pc. I have successfully downloaded dives in the past but possibly on another computer. When I attempt to download, the irDA connection buttons flash and say "connected". A progress box opens but shows no activity and then a message displays "no progress in data transfer - retry". The IrDA monitor box then continues to show flashing red lights with the words "closing communication" but it hangs and will only shut down if I close the application altogether. Help!
