You aren't supposed to do it in your wetsuit.

Right. Which leads us all to Warhammer of course.

There was one dive that I completely forgot my other fin, so i was walking into the water with one fin, I realized the problem 5 feet before reaching the water. And there is another time that I forgot to put the weight belt on, i realized the problem after I put on my bcd, and had to take it all off just to fix the issue.

My point is that diving is an experience driven sport, and it is a mental game. I feel like we've all have made mistakes before and we learn from it, and make the next dive better than the previous one.

Lost a fin in 5-10 ft. of water. Did a zig zag search (using one fin of course). Found it. Exited water to find my dive flag missing (had left it on the beach). Little kids looked for the owner (I was like 15 ft. away underwater looking for the fin), gave up, and took it back to their parents WAY down the beach and stuck it in the sand. Someone told me they were way down there and saw the flag. Got no shells that day but retained all my equipment.

Yesterday I had to bring a friend's kid (Junior OW) for her first dive post certification. Managed everything (my gear, her rented gear meet with her parents, make sure the rest of the kids are busy topside etc etc).
But I forgot my dive watch at home... I was not planning to dive deeper than 20 feet, but without a watch how? (I don't have analogue gauge).
Well, luckily I have had knots on the line of my dsmb every 20 feet as a backup (I dive solo frequently). Hence I unreeled it until the first knot and kept holding it for reference. Also brought with me my cheap smart watch for time reference. It survived 20 feet of water pressure.
Yes I admit the dive was without proper planning (ndl calculations) but from what I remember 30 minutes at 20feet fall well within NDL.
Overall it worked very nicely.

There’s the time I stuffed my sunglasses in my cleavage while using the pit toilet at a dive site. She-P means gals pee standing up like the guys. I went on to do a deep dive and was surprised to find my sunglasses still in my cleavage when I got out of my drysuit. I had a nice imprint of my sunglasses!

🙄🤦‍♀️😂🤣

See cleavage isn't a storage space.
