Not quite THAT close. I was several feet away. I cropped that one just a little bit. :D I didn't want to frighten him away but I kept getting closer trying to get a good shot of the eye.

BIGG_BUDD, I like the crab. Very interesting. Were you using a strobe or internal flash?
 
great shots....waaaa, wish I were closer to the ocean...Haven't had the chance to play with the camera in clear water, just midwest puddle water. Has any one shot the video application on the camera? I did and loved it!
