In my observations over the years, any skin bend is indicative of excess nitrogen in your body, and I know of multiple cases that started as "skin bend" and moved on the next day to full type two (nervous system) bends that required extensive treatment. I for one will take a chamber ride anytime I suspect a skin bend.

My go to guy is Dr. Picollo at Clinca San Miguel on Calle 6 north.

@ljwillia - I am happy to hear you are doing much better without complicated treatment. Oddly enough, you are the 2nd female I have heard about THIS MONTH who has contracted skin bends. Another was with us aboard the Roatan Aggressor a couple of weeks ago and received treatment at Anthony's Key Resort. Hers was resolved in a similar manner to yours. She's following up at home and seems to be doing fine now.
