when did "fisherman" start using hand guns? If it is legal, then legally fish for it. using a rod and reel or spear gun.(although he probably dosent have the balls for that) otherwise let it go............

The person that posted the video on youtube did say that they fully intended to land it for food so take that for what it is worth.

People have to eat....fish have to die. FWIW, I think it's a great idea to take kids out fishing, watch them get excited (and get excited with them), and show them first hand how the food chain works!

What planet do you live on? shooting a shark isn't in my opinion any of that! I will admit that I have a real fear of sharks, however I respect them and are in awe of them. Again I stand by my prior statement. If you want to fish, then DAMN IT FISH!
 
FWIW, spear fishing is in fact fishing.
yes I agree...........see my first post in this thread. shooting off a hand gun however isnt fishing.
