Okay, just so ya know......
We did call the airlines. We were told that travel agents in Korea and the Philippines sold the tickets. They would not say "who" when I asked since it is "limited seating " thing. They said travel agents purchase the seats from them and resell them. Soooooo, back to the original question - "Does anybody know who sells the frappin' tickets?"

BD, then ask around those korean owned resorts/travel agents in boracay . am sure they know.
