So I have to send my suit back from the states due to a leak from the zipper seam. Am I going to have to pay import duties again? For longest time I thought it was my seals until I went to dry gloves and was still decently damp on my upper body. I found another one on my left armpit seam also. Is this a common thing for drysuit less than a year old? This is my first one so I’m not sure.

Not common but can happen, you’ll find it much cheaper to just repair it yourself or find someone local to do it, shipping costs are outrageous.

Same happened to mine on the zipper seam closer to the base of the zipper. I just peeled the rubber back a little more so it was even, cleaned with acetone, and mixed some aquaseal with cotol and applied it in between, clamped overnight and totally fixed the leak and you can't even see it was repaired. Total cost was like $10 and the gas to Fleet Farm and back.

Well I don’t have a fleet farm on Oahu. When you say rubber you’re referring to the seam correct?

Yep, the material on the sides of the zipper assembly is kind of a flat rubber, and that is sandwiched with the suit material. Not sure if the factory solvent or RF welds the zipper to the suit. If the rubber seam of the zipper starts to pull away from the suit and leaks between the zipper edge material and the suit, I found that a thin layer of aquaseal coaxed into the void between to be a perfectly good and easy repair. Any scuba shop or fishing shop should carry Aquaseal. The package with the activator just makes it cure faster. Its used to repair wetsuits and fishing waders, so shouldn't be too hard to find a small tube. You shouldn't need any more than a thin dime amount of glue if you did happen to feel comfortable fixing it yourself. Just be extremely careful not to get it anywhere near the zipper teeth, or you're pretty much done. Might even suggest wrapping the zipper teeth with masking tape first

This is the pack I used:

You can get it on Amazon too among other online retailers.

You can also see about sending it back to the UK for repairs, but before I did that I'd see if there was a local scuba shop that would do the repair for you, will likely be cheaper than shipping, and all they're going to do is pretty much the same as above.

My Nova undergarment is having zipper problems after 8 dives or so. The drysuit itself is fine. I find it a little challenging to frog kick in for some reason. My hips are not exactly flexible, meaning any constriction makes frog kick motion more difficult. That is the only thing so far. Mine is blue. I wonder how long before it starts to fade.

You could have bought local to support local economy and you wouldn't have had to worry about sending it across the ocean and pay for the expenses and downtime. BUT hey, you got a deal and bought a cheap suit.
