You could have bought local to support local economy and you wouldn't have had to worry about sending it across the ocean and pay for the expenses and downtime. BUT hey, you got a deal and bought a cheap suit.
I don't disagree, but sadly a lot of LDS are not competent enough to justify their prices...

Any feedback about the longevity? I mainly do shore dives with sharp rocks exit and entrance, the price is very good but I'm concerned. Because it would not make much sense if after a little quite I will need to buy another suit

Unless you are crawling over those rocks, you should be good.
If you decide to go with Seaskin, in your case I would go for neoprene socks and rock boots.
If you are crawling, Santi Enduro, SF Tech, Ursuit Cordura and similar should be your choice.

You are from Malta and asking about this suit? You have the actual Bare drysuit factory right across the street from you IN Malta! You can't do any better than that.

true, but there is a 1000 euro difference between a Seaskin and a HD2

You are not comparing apples to apples. You are comparing a top of the line to a bottom of the line. Bare has several models to choose from based on your needs and budget.

I can refer you to my very good friend in Malta who will most definitely take care of you as he does with me. Just send me a PM here on SB.

Where I dive, crawling is sometimes required. Should I spring for the Kevlar kneepads and extra PU reinforcements when it comes time to order?

It’s not really fair to Bare to call them bottom of the line, close but bottom?

I would get the Kevlar kneepads. Besides reinforcing the knees, they are just a little extra padding, which is more comfortable on rocks.
