I'm getting that ALSO. I'm asking about the convenience zip for when I'm not in the water.
Pee valve is way easier and you don't have to rush anything. Pee when you're gearing up by your car. Pee when you're chatting with your buddies or lined up for a post dive picture. Pee when you're in the water. If you're susceptible to random needs to urinate then you NEED a valve and not a zipper. The zip doesn't do a damn bit of good at 30 meters.

Got my suit in the mail, overall mixed success.

My number one conclusion is be very careful with the "Allowance for extra thick undersuits" option. I regret selecting it as it made the upper body and arms huge. Attached picture is with me wearing a 400g Thinsulate undersuit. It may be a more useful option if you're a really big person, but I have a slight build despite being tall.

Otherwise the suit was made exactly to specs. Trilam seems cheaper/thinner than my Santi. The pockets are nice and roomy but the inner pocket has no way to drain and cheaper/thinner bungees than my Santi. The zipper placement is a bit odd, it does not go nearly as far to my right hip as the Santi does, but seems useable and does not hinder donning the suit.

It will be a few months before I dive it, I'm sure it'll work but I'm a bit disappointed in making the sizing mistake, oh well, live and learn.
Enjoyed your role in Spiderman!

To me it looks like it fits fine. I personally couldn't imagine the suit without the extra room. My go to is a Halo 3D and it's snug

it doesn't look as huge as you think it does. I'd bet it dives just fine, and you won't notice anything weird. You could always bulk up a bit with some bioprene....🤪

Ditto. It *looks* just fine, to me. But now I do wonder what it will look like if you just had on a base layer and some mid-weight long johns.

Well.. it would feel big. Mine feels like I'm kind of wearing a small kite underwater, but me diving warm enough water like that just doesn't happen. As a matter of fact, I've had 3 dives in the last 50 above 60°.

It doesn't feel bad though, just bigger then needed. The drag is more noticeable.

Just received an update today. It was received by UPS. UPS says will be delivered Thursday 2/22 before noon. That would be crazy fast.
It will probably be there. UPS has their **** together most of the time. You should get the duties email probably The day before the suit arrives if you have any charge.

As I said, I AM getting the pvalve. But I just can't see letting this stream of urine run down my leg during a picture shoot. Nor do I want it buy my car. Nor would the captain appreciate it on his deck, I believe.
