Scubapro O-ring Sizes

Hey Guys,

I just found this thread. I know most of you have my annotated PDF files. If you see any errors, please let me know. I have fixed the files that had the wrong balanced poppet o-ring, but other than that I have not made any corrections. Thanks to this thread, I noticed that there is an error on the MK2 piston head. Should be a -022, is that right? I also have a question about the Air 2 deflator stem; some sources have it as a -008 and others as a -009. From memory, I think I used a -008 there, but perhaps one of you knows the correct size.

Awap, I check the balanced poppet o-rings. The ones you recommended were perfect. See this thread:

My schematics show a SP 177 on a Mk2 piston and a SP 126 on an Air 2 deflator. In terms the rest of the world understands, that measures out to a -022 and a -008 respectively. And agrees with the chart from Superstar.

OK guys, I have made corrections to the annotated files. Could one of you sharpies re-post the list with the corrections. I'm getting like Awap and have too many sources and sometimes they conflict.

Now that I know I can upload files to this site I will attach the annotated files. Awap, I made the correction to the MK7….then corrected the correction. Could someone find the following for me? SP p/n 428 MK2 sintered filter o-ring.

Couv - I can't find that SP p/n in any any of my schematics. It looks like all older 1sts that take the flat sintered filters use a SP p/n 144 under the filter which is a -012 for the rest of the world.

couv, the sp#428 is on the chart I posted as # 01-050-428 and is listed for the mk2. It is not on my mk2 schematic parts list. There is a din kit on the schematic that shows a o-ring with no part #, this may be the #428 o-ring. Is this what you are looking for?

Edit: I have gone back and installed the files in post 35 with the updated versions.
