I am wearing size L ultra flex boots from DUI. I just got a XL jetfin. I do have to wiggle around to put my feet inside the foot pocket. Once I put my boots in, my hole heels are left outside of the foot pockets. Once I put on the spring strap, my achilles tendon felt painful. Should I go to size XL or change the spring straps? Thank you in advance.

This is what jetfins do, so without the required support you lose energy and put excess strain on your feet
and that bulbous front of pocket, any ideas on that, is that for bunions or some extra toes, is Shrek a diver

Jets are notorious for having weird foot pockets. If you need a heavier fin I'd take a look at the Hollis F1s.

Thank you for telling me! Do you feel like I need a bigger foot pocket?

LeisurePro has them.

Ohh I see. Btw, I heard that F1 are not as powerful as jetfins?
Zeagle recon beats both but I suspect you need longer springs or a switch to bungee for the pain issue. Jets are made to work best with a harder sole bootie to spread the load.

Thank you for the info! Do you feel like I should change the strap or switch to XXL jetfin?

Either one may do the trick, I have size 15 feet and when I used Jets I had to switch to bungee to use XXL with drysuit boots, I do have some DUI rock boots but they are crazy wide so I never use them. You may want to try different footwear to see if something fits the foot pocket better, sizing of fins is not consistent among brands and often within brands.
