Scubagaskets has just received a shipment of custom made double hook picks. They are sending me one to evaluate. From the pics, it's much nicer than the Scubatools plastic handled one, but will also likely be pricey.
They are also now going to stock thin brass picks.
More to follow!
You should encourage then to throw in some dowels with each pick purchase. :-)

On sale for 20 Euro

Now the other side of the Atlantic finally has a source for basic technician tools.
Thumbs up to Scubagaskets.

Nice! I ordered one, and some other bits and bobs while anyway in the store, so we'll see how it is :)

I think we're on the home stretch! Scubagaskets has insisted on several enhancements of what they are now calling the SG-S2T2 (S2 for the first stage; T2 for the second), and the third trial iteration is on its way to me for final testing!
But here's the owner of Scubagaskets diving it himself in Cyprus.

As before, the machining is superb, and we've been able to significantly improve both the first and second stages of Hot Dive's original Mk10 variant in 316SS.

My dynamic testing of the second stage shows extraordinary stability at high gas flow, akin to my recent testing of Scubapro's S270. Count me impressed, for an overseas OEM.

As long as you can handle a double hook pick, this first stage reg is a glorious look-back at one of my favorites, in tough, corrosion-resistant SS. They've designed a special tool for piston shaft o-ring placement that will make DIY easy!

and how many runners would Nike have sold if instead of the swoosh they had scubagaskets emblazoned

Are they available in both yoke and DIN, or just DIN?
the only mention DIN, but the hotdive original has Yoke available.
Maybe in a later run 🤷‍♀️
