I know these are different part numbers but has anyone used an XTX exhaust valve on an ATX and had it been OK? I have 2 ATX regs that I broke down to service and following the service manual I cut the exhaust valve off not knowing it was different and now I can't find any ATX exhaust valves in stock anywhere. Could I get away w/ using a XTX one or does anyone know where I could get a few ATX exhaust valves? The rest of the reg parts are in pretty decent shape so I hate to just toss them or use for parts.

Thanks

No, they're (subtly) different. I've bought lots of stuff from GiDiveStore before, and they have the right part number (RG912050).

Also worth noting the recall notice on the ATX exhaust diaphragms.

I cut the exhaust valve off

Why didn't you just pull them out dude, was there anything wrong with them

Appreciate the links!

They came with some XTX 1st stages I bought off eBay or facebook, i can't remember, was doing a full rebuild and I have a stack of xtx exhaust valves, didn't think they might be different until I was going though the reassembly and matching part #'s for verification. Likely nothing was wrong with them, but I have no way to confirm now since the trash has been dumped. Live and learn.
