The gear lockers on the dock are lockable and divers will get the a key to their locker.
Just do not loose you key since there is no master key and there will be a charge if the have to drill the lock out.
Not just padlocks? Padlocks are pretty much universal on gear lockers, in my experience.
That way, worst case is a bolt cutter, rather key away. Expense of drilling out the keyaway.
You can always bring your own lock if it is a padlock set up, but the best security is leave nothing you cannot do without.

Effective? Adequate with random outages the last time we were there. This was better than the time before and even more so than the time before that.

What's wrong with a week off-line? Shear bliss.

52 weeks a year without real Internet, though, is a real PITA.
In a way that only those in rural parts of this globe can truly appreciate.
