After GBS your stomach is divided into two parts. One part is very small and bypasses much of your intestines. The larger disconnected stomach is still there but deflated and very flat. What effects would scuba diving have on your new plumbing? Keep in mind that the deflated stomach could be inflated and was wondering if this could also be a concern?

Don't know of any problems, outside of the usual concerns with any surgery. If done properly, if inflated, it should still have a way to deflate. It shouldn't be closed off as an independent sac.
