Just wanted to drop a note letting everyone know how thrilled I am with the great customer service from Shearwater Research and Curtis McNamee (Rebreathers USA LLC, US Service Center). I had an issue with my year old Petrel dive computer and Curtis took care of the repair under warranty no questions asked. Then when I found out I'd lost the straps to the darn thing he immediately shipped me out:D a new pair. You guys are rock stars! I have my beloved Petrel back in time for my last of the season dive this weekend!
 
I have never seen better customer service than Shearwater's in the 57 years I have walked this earth (well I crawled that first year).
 
Not surprised at this at all. Shearwater is the bench mark for customer service in the industry. I try to live up to their level of service and support.
