Just wanted to drop a note letting everyone know how thrilled I am with the great customer service from Shearwater Research and Curtis McNamee (Rebreathers USA LLC, US Service Center). I had an issue with my year old Petrel dive computer and Curtis took care of the repair under warranty no questions asked. Then when I found out I'd lost the straps to the darn thing he immediately shipped me out a new pair. You guys are rock stars! I have my beloved Petrel back in time for my last of the season dive this weekend!
