I was quite happy to have picked up a NERD2 for my mod 1 class with my Prism 2.

I was not happy however when during tear/down transport that I misplaced the NERD2 hose clamp.

I was more than happy, ecstatic actually, when the good folks at Shearwater sent me a clamp kit that I received almost immediately.

Few companies in ANY industry beat their customer service. The best a company can do is match it.
