He is a Canadian expat trained (certified) in classic Italian Neapolitan pizza. I want to say he was certified in Milan or someplace like that. The wife was telling us about it but I was to busy eating great pizza. Certification is on wall but i did not read it, I was busy eating yummy pizza!

El Fuel I to was my new discovery this last trip. I ate there 3 dinners and 2 lunchs. Amazing flan, on the menu every day. Bone marrow tacos with chorizo that were to die for! My friend had fresh mahi mahi tacos with fresh coleslaw that she wolfed down. I had chicken enchiladas with green Chile sauce that I could have liked the plate the sauce was so good! I will make sure to go there every trip from now on.

Can you provide some information on this restaurant? I can’t find any information on it.

El Fuel I to? At first I thought maybe you meant El Foco but hearing what you ate there does not sound like El Foco. Very interested in what this restaurant is actually called, location, and menu! Thank you!

One standout from my latest trip worth recommending is “La Clásica.” 5/5, quality food, service, and excellent value. 5a Av. Nte. 299, Centro - Directly in between Crazy King Burrito and Ohana, two other favorites.

Yep I love La Classica as well! Last time they had a molcajete with 3 or 4 different sides of sauces that were all bomb. Looking forward to going back next month!
