I had previously mentioned the food court located next door to Santander Bank of. 10th. Have had excellent food from any of the vendors there. I especially liked the Jarochas place from the Mexican (Barrio) restaurant. Attached are the menus from the various vendors.
Do they sell cerveza or are you allowed BYOC? What about soft drinks?

For the El Moro regulars, what dishes should I be going for outside my normal journey there for the Sunday cochinita pibil special, that wonderful pork in the banana leaf.

I don't remember exactly what the dish is called, but my wife refers to our favorite there as "the fluffy lobster", which I recall as just some basic sauteed lobster meat in garlic. Will be going back in April so need to find out.

My fave at El Moro these days is the conch in garlic sauce with mucho ajo. It comes with rice and refried beans; I moosh the whole mess together and pour extra garlic butter over it. Yum!

The every-other-Monday frijol con puerco and the garlic soup (with an egg).

I’ll leave the accidental 3 quotes as I’m posting on 1 bar of 3g at El Moro with Ray. Your lobster is called “Lobster Moro” and is a medley of a 1lb lobster, tossed in garlic butter, white wine, and Worcestershire. With rice, fries, and a salad.

The garlic soup is incredible. Celebrating their fathers 85th birthday and to another 40!

Love this place!
