I haven't ever been to Blimpy Burger, I'm not opposed to checking it out.
 
They’re teaching to give rescue breaths while towing some one? That seems like a bad idea…
That seems to be part of the course, last I looked.
 
The best place to do your rescue training is somewhere with calm water. try learning to give rescue breaths in a swell. no bueno.
 
Practice in swells but learn in calm. Duh.

Good thing dive accidents only happen where there is no swell...

I'd rather learn in the conditions that I dive in most frequently, which for me meant taking Rescue in Puget Sound in a drysuit and shore diving with typical wave action since that represents 80-90% of my diving.
