Another vote for Viking bayonet dry gloves. It's a lovely system, designed for hazmat diving. It can be installed and removed in a couple of minutes, without tools. Gloves can be changed out in the parking lot, again without tools.

I use the si tech quick gloves. They work fine and can use any pvc glove as a replacement. You can buy these glove at any commercial fishing store or about anywhere even Harbor freight tools ( if there is one near you) for $5.00
