No trouble getting to the butt dump?

Nope. With my setup, the butt dump is past the argon bottle. (When sitting geared up, the argon bottle does touch the dump, but doesn't cover it. IIRC)

with bungie added. Easy to make, very stable, easy to remove bottle if needed.

Mine's kinda like this Soggydiving set-up, but up higher, in a higher hole, so the valve rests just above the wing dump.
