Well, when the seller is in the Ukraine and can't accept PayPal then it is gambling but with Keno odds.Ebay is like gambling. Never bid/bet more than you can afford to lose...
We can always ask the buyer in a couple weeks if he ever got it. It is probably legit because of the sellers history. Just unfortunate circumstances for someone wanting it in the US. Manufacturer lists new price at 2,500.
