Unless you are long legs, short torso you are a standard large.
Put your hands on your hips as if you have an attitude problem.
Buy the size vest that puts your weights where your hands set on your hips. One size doesn't fit all. If you have to let the cummerbund out more than one adjustment you probably need the next larger size vest.
Select shoulder length that puts the buckles on your pecks above the nipple line.
If properly sized I honestly believe the Zeagle bc's are the best fitting, best diving product on the market. And I'm not the new guy passing on someone elses internet opinion.
