Qatar second bag price. (Europe)

I'm flying to Jakarta on Qatar.
I paid 750 euros for an extra suitcase.
I'm still stunned

Qatar never again.

Wow, that's a lot for an extra checked bag.

When booking flights it is best to check what are included in different fare buckets for the same cabin, as some more expensive tickets would include extra checked bags and could work out cheaper in the end, as you've found out.

I am pretty sure every airline lists the charge for extra bag.

I've just had a quick look for additional baggage cost on the Qatar website, paying last minute (within 6 hours of departure) is $40 USD per kg.

Emirates is US$25 per kg, Europe to South East Asia. Still cheaper that paying Business Class, but then the other benefits are attractive.

Yes for the second bag.
Online they wouldn't let you add another bag because the last flight wasn't operated by Qatar
