Awwwww what a cutie!!!.....can't we keep her??:sprint:

My favorite uncle came into town tonight... I think he is sold!!!!! :D Fingers crossed everyone. I have to find out tomorrow how much for her to fly home with him. I'm kind of worried that since it is short notice they may charge a lot,

Johnny, honey, :kicknut: and for good measure :chair: btw, didn't we check into the cost of flying a pet? Do u remember how much?

Matt  :)

Hey T

If I had my own place I would def. take her. she is so cute she looks part boxer and pit mixed..... chat with you soon

Honestly that is kind of what I think as well but I am told different. Too bad there isn't someone on here that really knows their breeds. I certainly don't.

whats the puppy's name Miss D???

she looks a bit like my brothers old fav dog... he was bull mastiff cross and while as dumb as a block of wood, he had the sweetest nature!!

i remember catching the dog a few times in the pug dog doggy door... with a look on his face, wondering how he got stuck for the 4th day in row

fingers crossed that the uncle takes her!

It is Chloe for now. Personally, I don't think it fits. Uncle Jim wants to call her Sally (his ex gf :rofl3:) I'm thinking something more exotic like Cinnabar though she is not reddish enough for that name.

i just went back and looked at her pics... she looks a little sad

do you think its because she knew the pics were because she was being kicked out of home :crying:

(working on the guilt angle now:wink:)

i think she's sad too, mrs.A. it's like a perfect "who wants to give me a home?" look.

I worked in an animal clinic for four years and I don't really see any boxer in her at all. She looks like a pure Pitbull...or if she is AKC certified it would be called "American Staffordshire Terrier" which is basically the same thing but without the "scary" pitbull title (and sometimes they are teeny tiny bit bigger). Whatever you do, do NOT bring her to a shelter if you can't find a home for her. Most shelters around here (an I believe many nationwide) cannot adopt out pitbulls or even pitbull mixes. They will keep them for 10-14 days then euthanize them. Non-profit animal rescue groups don't have that regulation though...so if worse comes to worse take her somewhere like the humane society.

Well, not knowing the destination makes it tough. You could call the airline he's flying on to see if they take live animals.

NW has a good pet service. Here are the prices if the dog goes alone. If you're traveling with the dog ( the dog goes in a kennel in the cargo hold) it is a little less expensive.

From NWA:

VIP: The pricing for our VIP service is based on the combined weight of the animal (or your pet) and its kennel.

Effective: January 1, 2007 - December 31, 2007
Weight (lbs.) 1-20 lbs. 21-50 lbs. 51-70 lbs. 71-100 lbs.
Price (US$)....$260.......$280........$340..........$480

Note: All rates shown are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes and surcharges. Rates are subject to change without notice.

At least this shows you could ship her! I did check and NWA doesn't do Australia...:rofl3::popcorn:
