Here are a few videos I made from my visit to PG/Anilao this past March 2018. All clips from this 10-day trip. As someone said, not much big stuff. Not a single shark or manta but lots of fish.

and for new spots I compare the charts. If it was me I'd do 5mm but I feel the cold. Perhaps bring both or wait for a better answer from other SB'ers.
BTW Coron is amazing if you like wrecks. Corto Divers is THE shop to dive with.
