the instructions are pretty confusing:
Foreign nationals that don't need a visa:
Negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours or negative Antigen test taken within 24 hours prior to departure from the country of origin.
The pre-departure COVID-19 test will not be applicable to the ff:
1. Foreign nationals aged 18 and above who have received primary series of COVID-19 vaccine, and at least one (1) COVID-19 booster shot administered at any time prior to departure.
Does above mean that you need a PCR test within 48h if you're unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated,
but if you're fully vaccinated with a booster you don't need a departure pcr test?
