Hi
I'm looking for the Petrel and its rec mode, but I'm becoming a bit old and at my age size matters, at least for the screen and letters .
I don't have any Shearwater representant close to here, so I rely only on internet for information and order.
I'm using a MARES nemo wide, and if someone could give me the size of the Petrel screen, I could compare with what I'm able to read today. If I have the screen size, I can extrapolate from screen capture the size of the letters...
I know of course that an OLED color is easier to read than a traditional screen, but...
Thanks for any help

The screen on Petrel and Predator and OSTC computers are all the same size. They are very easy to read, even for us older fellas.

thanks all for that. KWS I understand that it's the readable part of the screen (without the shearwater logo).

its the led size let me look again...... the logo is not part of the screen it is on the frame around the screen.
I use corrective lenses at about 2.5 power and i dont need them to read the predator. Have not dove the petrel yet but i thik it has the same size screen only its led. You can always put in a corrective lense in your mask on one eye.

thanks all for that. KWS I understand that it's the readable part of the screen (without the shearwater logo).
