It's a joke. Warm water Dm's and Instructors are some of the finest diver's in the world.

1. Divers not listening to the locals advice/dive brief after asking for it.
2. Reef crashers

2. Inability to decend even with ample weight in a surface current

1. Divers peeking into portholes on wrecks when strong surge. ( I saw a guy get sucked in the side and spit out the top the other day!!)
2.Boatdivers who do not help locate the DM diving for the buoy and get in captains line of vision.
3. Divers who giant stride without looking first

1. Divers who actually think that boaters will stay away from dive flags.
2. Know it all divers.

2. People that try to make fun of divers that do have all of the appropriate safety equipment
