Paid twice for Supporting Membership

I got an email saying my annual payment was due & pending so to be sure that the Paypal draft went thru, I paid it on Paypal on November 17.

On November 19, the draft still went thru - charging me even tho I'd paid.

December 2, I filed a request on Paypal to refund one of the payments, but no reply.
