When you take a PADI Touch test it submits the results to their server. If your internet is down or the submission otherwise fails, the only recourse is to take the test again! It's really a bogus setup, especially when the mobile app seems to fail every time. So, below are direct links to each test. This way you can do the reading on the mobile app, then switch to a desktop computer for the tests.
