Other Lakes in Az - Saguaro / Roosevelt ?

I'd hazard a guess that the cleanup dives happen in 30 feet or less in the "no wake zone," or perhaps out at Butcher Jones. There are fish habitats throughout those areas, and they see some of the heaviest litter. Also, Saguaro can get pretty crowded, so if I were planning a diving event, I'd keep my divers out of the main boat traffic.

Last December it was by the fishing piers / picnic area we had some park officials there with a boat as well as a few floats set with flags and a number of people monitoring from the shore. As far as boats were concerned they didn't seem to be a safety issue.
