I just downloaded, completed and printed the immigration forms.
Questions:

Has anyone used them, if so was there any problem entering Cozumel?
Does it make any difference if they are not in color?
Isn't there another form for Family members? I couldn't find that.

Thanks
Cheryl

Yes. No.

No.

The online form was a significant convenience during one trip, when our plane was out of forms, 2 (3?) planes disgorged passengers almost at once, and there was the usual shortage of forms & pens.

I gotta get back to work but see this thread:

Immigration form for getting into Mexico

My son and I did it 2 weeks ago. It is the same form as the one they give you on the plane, only in a 5"x7" format that you fill in online, submit and and print out. I did have to do some creative cut/copy to get the right front/back since it prints out on multiple pages. (You'll see.)

I also suspect that the info goes into some Mexican Gov't database since it appears to verify the info you provide before accepting the online submission. I'd do it again.

I used it earlier this year, to try it out, and its a substitute for the immigration form only, the one per family customs form was still required and had to be hand written. In reality the form does not really help that much and you still have to retain your exit portion of the form. The hand written form is more handy, for me, since the bottom exit portion is sized to a standard passport, where I keep it until I exit so that it does not get misplaced.
Look forward to seeing you on the 7th.
