I received an OMS Head Lamp last year as a gift. It has only been used two times and it completely flooded the second time. I contacted CS and was basically told I am SOL without the receipt and that the warrantee is only for the original owner. My experiences with UnderWater Kinetics and PT have both been much better. I have returned lights to both and had them replaced with no questions asked. So in the future I will not be buying OMS products.
