It’s been a minute since I darkened DGX’s physical door but in the past there was a small customer service counter just inside the front door and an ordering computer off to the left side. They brought up several items for me to handle and make a decision. Then I completed the sale on the computer and went on my way.

My experience was different. I was also offered use of the computer to place an order, but I was told that I needed to order & pay for an item to have it brought up to the counter. Then if I didn't like it, I could return it. This was pre covid. I haven't asked about that sort of thing since then. I don't know if the current policy is different or not.

I've ordered from them probably about 10 times. I have always been happy with the quality & value of the items I have purchased. I understand that them not having the extra square footage overhead & additional employees to staff a show room is part of what makes them able to keep the prices down, so I accept the trade off.

The tech support they offer via email & phone has always been good. They carry a lot of things that other sources don't offer. I am very happy to have them as a resource.

How many remember their old location back when they still had Fill Express? The best fill station in the area that Pura Vida bought from them when they shut down their fill operation.

I used to live in Boca Raton and DGX was just 10 minutes down Powerline from our condo. I could place an order for pickup, buzz down over lunch to get it, and be back at our condo in about half an hour. Man that was living!

I’ve got so many DGX stickers now I could probably wallpaper half the garage-fridge door with them. So yeah the google reviews don’t surprise me… a few are mine.

Probably sold a friend on a S1/BP this weekend while diving, and reading the thread history, I’m probably one of the ones who influenced @tep as he was on my team for Bonaire’24 lol.
