OMS gear bag defect

I purchased a large OMS duffel backpack about 8 months ago. about 4 months after I purchased it one of the backpack staps ripped off from normal use. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? thanks

Have you looked at Akona's bags?

I own 3 different types of Akona bags. I have used my backpack daily for about 10 years. I have had my dive bags (mesh backpack and a travel bag) for about 4 years. I have never had a problem with any of them. Good luck with your search. If you need any help finding a dealer let me know.
