Wow this post got way off topic. I wonder how much more hotter/whiter the 21 watt HID is compared to the 10 watt- I have two 10 watt HID's from DiveRite- Like'em I had a 10 watt HID from Halcyon- it didnt always strike- Gave it away to a dive master down in La Paz- I have been diving with DiveRite ever since- Come to think of it I have always had good luck with DiveRite- I started out with a MSL MR16 35watt ten years ago-
