During a recent dive I noticed a small amount of water coming in my mouth whenever I take a breath from my octo (DiveRite). Any idea what this could be? Do I need service? Reg is about 1 year old.

Check mouthpiece for tears, exhaust valve to make sure it’s not folded over, diaphragm to make sure there’s no hole in it.
