Oahu SB Get Together June 10th

OK, now I'm on count down. I told Rick we need to take the boat out and take me on some dives before we get to Oahu. Now that I'm diving dry and having to add more weight. I'll appreciate diving even more when I get to Hawaii. This is what I call a vacation!!

Haven't figured out what I'm bringing yet. Chips and dip and?

I'm hoping for several dives while there since we'll be spending a day with you guys...right? Last time I was there we had Dave's truck and had to meet him up at his hang gliding site.

Sue hasn't finished her cert yet but, she's also working so she's been busy. She'll get there eventually. I don't know if she'll be in the water before we get there in June, so some snorkeling at the Trench will do her good.
Her husband is Navy, on MCBH in Kaneohe Bay.

We are coming in on Friday and leaving Sunday for Maui. We have more time on Maui so I'll be diving a lot over there. We also have some real estate to look into on Maui...maybe...hopefully.

One of these "months" I'll have to stay longer on Oahu. I really want to do some wrecks there. It's really hard to get on a boat with non divers and have them be bored sitting on the boat. Unless their in a shallow area for snorkeling.

So I'm thinking chips dips and dessert? Probably brings some drinks as well.

Sea Lancer's will not be holding our Treasure Hunt this year up in Haleiwa this year, but we will still be having our Summer Picnic and a club shore dive on the same day/place as the Scubaboard get-together. The Sea Lancers will also be doing a potluck, so hopefully we can all get together and talk story and share some diving at the Trench.

BTW... I should be diving with my vintage regulator and tanks on the 10th... see you there.

Yup, we got the permit. I think we are signing divers in at 9am and eating around 11(at least that was the last I heard)

Hope she doesn't have a game Melissa! or if she does you can work it out for a little bit!

Looks like I won't be able to make it. We were already commited to a graduation ceremony and picnic on the 10th. I just wasn't aware of it.
