Me too! :D

Ask Phil (Cypress Sea) to take us to Lobos Rocks and I'm in.

I wouldn't mind doing a Monastery thing. Either North or South. Most of the other shore diving spots that I do are really rugged and probably wouldn't be the best idea for a group thing. :11:

Wait, we could do Coral Street. Free parking and more to see than Breakwater. The vis is generally better, too.

If Doc wants to go deep, it'll have to be Monastery. Not too many other shore diving spots can get that deep that quick. Unless Doc wants me to ferry him and his buddy out to the Great Pinnacle and swim back in. :eyebrow:

Hm...a dive at the Great Pinnacle would be awesome, but being very spoiled, swimming back is not so attractive. Though a scooter dive would be fine, but Todd is not scooter trainied yet.

Actually Beto's reef which is not too far away is a place that would be 100' deep. How about diving at Pt Lobos, are there still reservations that can be made?

Lobos is full the 17th and 18th. :(

I am in for either Coral Street (never done that dive) or a boat dive. Alternatively, I wouldn't mind doing Lovers 3 again - conditions permitting.

Hmmm....Monastery would be great if conditions are good and I've been wanting to try Coral Street, but then a boat dive sounds really nice too.

Do you think he would if we asked him? I'm sure it would dependent on conditions but I'd love to check out Lobos Rocks!

okay - who want to make the call? I don't really know any operators so I would feel a bit weary about asking. Furthermore, I suppose whomever calls would be best "armed" with a # as to how many divers will actually be signing up if they agree to to the site. If it works - Mark and I would nearly 100% be able to make it.

I'm up for whatever we decide, but my preference has been put out there. I haven't done Coral Street yet. :) Oh, I thought I was going to dive today, but I didn't actually make it. Vis was about 10-15 feet at best from the people I asked at McAbee and Breakwater. The swell/wave models looked a little icky to even look at Monastery or something exposed to the open ocean. Breakwater had this brown layer on top of it when I walked down there. We decided not dive. Hopefully, somewhere tomorrow is alright, although the models look a bit rough.
