what can SO much info but it all makes sence (thankfully) being new at diving and the amazing things that are under water, like a kid in a sweet shop
(candy shop) hope that never goes just less air. i was using a 15L tank towards the later part of my diving. thanks for all your help
 
The one thing I notice new divers doing is wasting motion, most obviously swimming with their hands. Make a conscious effort to be still and relaxed with every part of yourself you don't need to use. Move your legs to propel you only when you stop moving forward, don't "doggy paddle" with your hands, and try and be relaxed. I clasp my hands in front of me, it started as a way to insure I was being still.

Also, like everyone else said, dive a lot, it will get better on its own.
