I'm watching "Microkillers" over at National Geographic channel and I learned the following gruesome info -

Infectious disease outbreaks (a virus) in three (3) research institute for infectious diseases (RIID) in 1989, 1992 and 1996.

The virus was a new strain.

All came from monkeys.

All research monkeys were destroyed, the labs were cleaned with bleaching agent and "burned".

The monkeys, all 100 of them, came from a Philippine Monkey breeding farm.

The virus? EBOLA
