New G2 and having issues

I just got a new G2 and an extra transmitter for sidemount diving. The extra transmitter I bought pairs and works fine but the one that came with the G2 wont come on at all no matter what.

The second issue is that the manual says that you can enable sidemount mode to display two tanks but the menu location of that setting according to the manual (2.11) does not exist on my G2 the menu goes from 2.10 strait to 2.14.

Any thoughts?

You have to first enable the sidemount feature under 8.7 and then it will show those menus. As for the tank pod my guess would be a battery that needs replacement.

I enabled sidemount under 8.7 but it's still not showing a 2.11 menu

I had to dig out my computer and play around with it to figure it out. By enabling sidemount and PMG under 8.7 it will show the sidemount menu 2.11.

Awesome! Thanks! Unfortunately, I'm sending it back for a replacement. The transmitter is a dud.
